Burcu is the Operating Partner responsible for assurance services, operational transformation projects as well as ESG and impact management in portfolio companies at Istinye Corporate Consulting. Prior joining the team in March 2014, Burcu was Internal Audit Head of TAV Airports Holding; one of the leading airports operators where she managed the operational and financial audit function for TAV Holding and its 15 subsidiaries. Prior to joining TAV Airports, Burcu worked for Nike where she conducted compliance assessments of Nike Supply Chain in EMEA region and was involved in improvement programmes. She also represented Nike in projects in communication with strategic stakeholders including government authorities, NGOs and other brands. Burcu started her career as an external auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers. Burcu holds a BS degree in Management from Bilkent University. She is CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) and holds CCSA (Certification in Control Self-Assessment).
